      We wanted to update you on the progress of the Prometheus revolution that we have informed about earlier. As part of this transformation, it is now time for the first major milestone and the infrastructure refresh where we will migrate Prometheus to the new infrastructure.
       
      Please note that we have scheduled a service window for Saturday, March 18th, during which time Prometheus will be unavailable for the entire day. Hopefully Saturdays may be a less busy time for many of you, and we hope that this migration will not impact the business as much as it would during a weekday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this downtime is necessary for us to complete the migration to the new infrastructure.
       
      Although Prometheus will be operational after the service window, we encourage users of Prometheus to wait until the beginning of ordinary business hours on Monday, March 20th before resuming system usage when IT and Prometheus team will be available to address any subsequent problems that may occur. Access to Prometheus will remain the same as before the migration, and we do not anticipate any issues using the system. However, if you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to create a Freshservice ticket for assistance.
       
      For those who wish to stay updated about this migration, we will provide ongoing updates via Prometheus Teams channel.
